国内早期开展增值电信业务的开拓者之一，国内首家商用呼叫中心——九五资讯产业有限公司创始人之一。长期关注增值电信业务的规范化运营与管理，在呼叫中心外包服务市场运作和运营管理方面积累了丰富的实战经验，率领咨询顾问团队为多个省通信运营商提供客服中心的咨询顾问服务，参与了多个企业大型客户服务中心的建设与咨询项目。2017“金耳唛杯”年度中国客户中心名人堂大奖得主。
