News from the customer world: On June 9, 2020, the 2020 Friendship of the Chief Customer Officer Hundred People Association and the 200 issues of the Customer World Wine Party were held in Beijing, and AVAYA (China) was named this dinner activity. CCO100 was established in Beijing on October 16, 2018. It is an unofficial and non-profit industry organization and is positioned as a club for professional managers of customer management in China to gather and communicate.
