Background :
Customer World • Insight Cloud Lecture is a public welfare industry celebrity lecture and member exchange activity sponsored by the customer world organization, which has been broadcast regularly every week since April 2020. Due to the impact of the COVID-19, the industry’s peer exchange and knowledge dissemination have been affected to a certain extent. In order to further pool the strength of the industry and disseminate timely and useful knowledge and information, we hereby launch such a series of public welfare knowledge lectures, hoping that this glimmer of light in the dark can light up the way for the forerunners.
Arrangement:
19:30-20:30 every Thursday evening (including 45 minutes of topic sharing and 15 minutes of interactive Q&A)

[Series 1: Different opinions] Intelligent customer service: AI helps fight the epidemic, and we are taking action
The word “different people have different opinions” comes from the Book of Changes · Series, which means that each person has his own opinion on the same problem. As for “intelligent customer service”, which is a rapidly developing new field, different manufacturers have different technical schools.
The original meaning of “benevolence” is to be kind, generous and caring to people. During the extraordinary period when the COVID-19 was raging, a large number of brave men with “wisdom” as the weapon raised the banner of “benevolence”, took the common people as the foundation, and went against the epidemic, showing infinite wisdom and courage.
At the current stage, the epidemic prevention and control work has passed the turning point, and the impact of the epidemic on social life and the production order of the industry is doomed to be long-term. Therefore, how to use AI technology to adapt to the new social situation and changes in customer interaction methods for the customer centered industry has become one of the top priorities before us.

We look for industry insight in the customer world
Through the interaction between the camera and the page, we fought in the community and the scene, and spoke on the scene of the Insights Annual Forum
Publish the recognition and evaluation of industry hotspots, as well as the prediction and analysis of future trends and development opportunities
